Our client, an established manufacturing company, is looking to add an Electrical Project Engineer to the team. About the opportunity:
Role Summary
1) Support and implement plant level and Capex projects as assigned
2) Carry out electrical scoping activities for projects
3) Develop project designs, scope of work, specifications as well as guidelines and requirements for engineering, supply, installation and testing
4) Develop project budgets
5) Create and manage contracts for out-sourced work as well as manage in-house and out-sourced design services
6) Create monthly reports for management
7) On-site commissioning and start-up activity support
Critical Requirements
1) BSc in Electrical Engineering
2) 10+ years experience with electrical in heavy industrial settings and projects
3) Proven technical background working with industrial electrical systems
4) Working knowledge of: AutoCAD, SKM Power systems, NFPA, NEC, and other industry accepted electrical standards
Compensation and Other Details
Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
