Responsibilities:

• Lead communication directly with Customers/Clients and internally between Sales, Creative, Production and Vendors to ensure alignment on execution for the Client for all projects.

• Manage the creative development, processes, timelines, and milestones for Customers.

• Oversee, track and communicate all project phases and deliverables from inception to final delivery.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customers, Vendors and the Director of Design to establish project calendars, plan workflow and secure resources across teams and vendors.

• Establish key milestones for stakeholders to review and provide feedback. 

• Set deadlines for Vendors, Creative and Production to ensure on-time deliverables for each milestone to keep projects moving forward.

• Identify and manage external resources and vendor relationships to ensure high quality and on-time delivery. Provide specs, quantities and deadlines to vendors for project quotes.

• Understand and plan for vendor and manufacturing constraints.

• Review vendor proofs at all stages of creative and production processes for accuracy.

• Route materials to stakeholders. Collect and organize feedback and manage change requests for routed materials.

• Responsible for creation and management of workflow and production of multiple projects.

• Create detailed production work orders to ensure all project needs are communicated clearly and concisely to production.

• Provide process and standardized tools to drive consistency and improve effectiveness.

• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.

• Process invoices and track costs across multiple budgets and projects.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment. 

• Familiarity with Bills of Material, production planning and work order creation.

• Strong writing, communication and negotiating skills.

• Strong customer service skills.

• QuickBooks Enterprise experience preferred.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs.

• Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.

• High level of autonomy, working with little or no supervision.

• Proactive and works with a sense of urgency.

• Great organizational and prioritization skills.

• Detail oriented.

• Understanding and compassionate to customers’ needs and concerns.

• Strong Experience with Retailer packaging and labeling requirements and best practices.

• Demonstrating flexibility in a changing work environment.

• Willingness to take initiative (proactive) and speak up when faced with uncertainty.

• Strong communication skills with ability to listen and evaluate opinions, suggestions, and recommendations of others.

• Ability to work with a variety of personality types.

• Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.

• Capable of streamlining, improving and troubleshooting processes.

• Ability to be flexible within the job to ensure the best processes/systems for smooth completion of all projects.
