Location: Oshawa


• Partner with recruiting team to understand the culture and business drivers of the assigned functional area
• Create professional relationships with hiring leaders to efficiently manage specific interview process performance metrics
• Manage candidate and interview team scheduling conflicts and proactively communicate challenges to Senior Recruiter 
• Provide administrative, coordination and research support for ongoing Recruitment activities
• Draw attention to any expressed or perceived challenges throughout the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes
• Assist Recruiters with candidate screening and interview flows
• Partner with business on Campus and Student recruitment 
• Maintain relationships with new hires as they move through the onboarding process
• Provide candidates with a personalized recruiting and onboarding experience that fosters and promotes goodwill


• MS Office Proficient
• 2+ years customer focused experience
• 1 – 3 years supporting recruiting activities
• Good judgment, ability to work under pressure and can handle a fast-paced role
• Proven experience in project/process management, communication and time optimization

8am – 4:30pm.
