Raise on the hunt for a self-driven Salesforce Developer/Administrator to spearhead Salesforce initiatives, ensuring robust CRM strategies and seamless integration across multiple business functions. You will support one of our premier clients with millions of customers throughout New England. This is a Hybrid work environment.

Position Summary:

The Salesforce Developer/Administrator will play a critical role in advancing our Salesforce platform to align with business objectives across various departments, including Inside Sales, Go-to-Market, Finance, and others. This unique position is designed for a self-starter capable of working autonomously, taking initiative in problem-solving, and engaging directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver custom solutions, and drive user adoption. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical prowess in Salesforce development, particularly in Apex triggers, and administrative expertise to manage and optimize the platform independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and customization of the Salesforce platform, focusing on Apex triggers, classes, and batch jobs to streamline business processes and enhance functionality.
  • Independently manage Salesforce administrative responsibilities, including configuration, user management, security settings, and data integrity.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders across multiple departments to identify, design, and implement Salesforce solutions that support business objectives.
  • Drive the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, to documentation, without direct supervision.
  • Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems by conducting regular audits, maintenance, and updates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related queries, offering insights, support, and training to end-users to foster adoption and proficiency.
  • Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and technologies, evaluating their potential impact on business processes and system efficiency.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Apex triggers and classes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce administrative tasks and best practices.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage projects with minimal guidance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working collaboratively across various business functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I/II) highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

This position is open to contract, contract to hire, and Direct Hire. Candidates must be able to work permanently in the United States.

The base pay for this position ranges from $93,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,00/year in our highest geographic market. Hourly rates vary from $71/hourly to $97/hourly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
