Course Support Coordinator

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Training Coordinator to join their team on a six month contract, with a possible extension.  This person will assist the training team to prepare for training sessions and ensure all materials required are available

 

Duties Include:

  • Maintain training publications in accordance with current revision list.
  • Prepare courseware packages and classrooms for in-house training events.
  • Preparation of iPads for training events on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare and ship courseware packages for on-site training events.
  • Process training materials returned to inventory following course completion.
  • Prepare student publications for shipment following course completion.
  • Support other Customer Service areas as required.
  • Respond to customer and instructor requests for assistance.
  • Prepare training packages.
  • Respond to requests for classroom facilities.

 

Skills Required

  • 2+ years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office, Windows operating environment and iPad knowledge
  • Team player
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Bilingual in both official languages will be considered a strong asset
