On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Training Coordinator to join their team on a six month contract, with a possible extension. This person will assist the training team to prepare for training sessions and ensure all materials required are available
- Maintain training publications in accordance with current revision list.
- Prepare courseware packages and classrooms for in-house training events.
- Preparation of iPads for training events on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and ship courseware packages for on-site training events.
- Process training materials returned to inventory following course completion.
- Prepare student publications for shipment following course completion.
- Support other Customer Service areas as required.
- Respond to customer and instructor requests for assistance.
- Prepare training packages.
- Respond to requests for classroom facilities.
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office, Windows operating environment and iPad knowledge
- Team player
- Time management and organizational skills
- Bilingual in both official languages will be considered a strong asset
